I had a storage unit with Shurgard which they said they broke into due to failed payment of 90 days which is a lie as I have two payments within that period and the last payment not being due until the 1/12/ I then made final payment on the 27th of Nov only to find out on the 23rd Dec the unit was opened on the 26th Nov.
